Our company started the telework system from the perspective of ensuring "safety and security" of employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we continue to implement telework company-wide.
Due to the revision of the Child Care and Family Care Leave Act from fiscal year 2025, the introduction of telework will become an employer's duty to make efforts. To realize work styles that adapt to life stage changes such as childcare and nursing care, we have introduced flexible time-off systems and staggered work hours.
Furthermore, we aim to achieve both "establishing a better working environment in harmony with life" and "improving work efficiency and productivity," and we are continuously improving our work environment with telework implementation.
