Personal Information Protection
Step World Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is engaged in "planning and wholesale of beauty and health-related products, and sales through internet shopping." We fully recognize our social responsibility regarding the protection of personal information we handle, protect the rights and interests of individuals, and comply with laws and regulations concerning personal information. We hereby declare that we will establish a personal information protection management system to implement the following policy and continuously improve it by recognizing the latest IT technology trends, changes in social demands, and business environment fluctuations.
a) We will appropriately acquire, use, and provide personal information within the scope of the pre-specified purpose of use in our business operations, employee employment, personnel management, and customer management. We will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use (use beyond the purpose) and will take appropriate measures for this.
b) The Company will comply with laws, guidelines established by the government, and other standards regarding the handling of personal information.
c) The Company will implement reasonable security measures against risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, inject management resources appropriate to the actual business situation, and continuously improve the personal information security system. We will also establish internal regulations to correct inappropriate matters and protect personal information in the best possible state.
d) The Company will establish internal regulations for handling complaints and consultations regarding personal information and respond to complaints and consultations promptly and sincerely.
e) We will continuously review and improve the personal information protection management system in a timely and appropriate manner, taking into account changes in the environment surrounding the Company.
This policy will be distributed to all officers and employees for thorough understanding and measures will be taken to make it available to anyone at any time.
